  I normally don't post reviews, but when I get service that is so incredible and excellent, then I want people to know. The staff that included a young man named Jarell to the very sweet young lady that helped towards the end. This place is incredible on how empathetic, understanding and how smooth the whole process goes. They handled my Jessie like a princess and for that, I will be forever grateful. If you are considering what options you have after losing your pet/baby, You have to have The Pet Loss Center help.

  I just left there from picking up my sweet Pinkie. I didn't catch her name but the girl working there was SO sweet and made it easier on me than it could've been. She showed me everything and explained it all and I successfully left without tears this time. There was a nice man there on Wednesday morning when I dropped my Pinkie off and he was so understanding and helpful giving me my options on everything we could do with her, even though I was very emotional that day. I'm very happy that I found this place and I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone. Thank you all so much ❤️

  My experience with Pet Loss Center of McKinney has been a blessing. I lost my cat, Tippy, after his being my companion for 20+ years. I was lost as to what to do and called Pet Loss Center. They were very understanding and caring. I knew from the time I had with them on the phone and the meeting in person, that I had made the right decision for Tippy ' s remains. There were more memorials than I expected and the whole experience helped to ease the pain of Tippy ' s passing.
  Thank you Pet Loss Center for your care of Tippy remains and the caring you gave me in my time of grief.

  I wanted to make sure to write a review to thank you for how compassionate and sweet everybody we encountered was. We lost our baby 2 weeks ago tomorrow and we were/are completely heartbroken. From the phone call, the 2 people that came to pick her up, to the gentleman that was there yesterday late morning when we came to pick her up, you were all beyond kind and compassionate and genuine. I wasn't aware that her paw print would be included and I am so grateful that we have that. Thank you for your kindness.
